About EqualTo EqualTo is an early stage b2b software company based in Germany. We build transparent sales commission software. Our team consists of experienced SaaS entrepreneurs, engineers and UX designers, with big ambitions. We have done a complete rethink of how one should manage sales commissions resulting in a uniquely positioned product: the first truly transparent, self-service commission platform, combining the flexibility of spreadsheets with the scalability of SaaS. We currently all work remote, with a remote-first future and small office in Berlin. Our mission Incentive compensation should do one thing: motivate people. But in countless companies, it’s a source of frustration, disputes and tedious admin. We are on a mission to make sales commissions transparent, easy and most importantly: motivating. The role We are looking for a full time Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our small but fast-growing sales team in Berlin. At EqualTo, your main responsibilities include:

  • Researching, qualifying and engaging with potential customers of EqualTo, including decision makers in sales, operations and finance teams
  • Pitching the value of EqualTo and scheduling product demos for the sales team
  • Collaborating with other members of the sales team and share best practices so we can refine our processes
  • Hitting and exceeding your quota so we can promote you!
You report to the CRO/Business Development Lead. What we are looking for
  • You’re an outstanding communicator who loves building relationships
  • You’re hungry and and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • You’re based in Berlin (or willing to relocate)
  • Your English is excellent - both written and spoken
  • You have some experience in sales and/or business development, preferably in the software space

  • You’re a native German speaker
  • You have worked at a high-growth tech startup
