  • Create Knowledge Base articles people will enjoy reading.
  • Jump on demo calls with our customers if needed.
  • Be the customer’s advocate—even if everybody else disagrees.
  • Become an active listener that will understand the needs & problems of our customers.
  • Leave no stone unturned to find an answer to the customers’ questions

The person we want to hire:
 
  • Has an excellent command of English.
  • Has +1 years of experience in Customer Support.
  • Is ready to work for clients that are in GMT-4 to GMT-7 time zones.
  • Is ready to work on a B2B contract.
  • Knows how vital Customer Experience is and why.
  • Prefers to follow his/her path and doesn’t need to be guided.
  • Speaks up, knows how to point out pros and cons, likes to be engaged in discussions.
  • Values independence and can use it to his/her advantage.
