Your mission as our Success Champion will consist of helping our photobooth owners succeed with their photobooths and our other products.
- Increase software adoption rate.
- Reduce incoming ticket count by 2% month over month.
Looking for a team member who is happy to work weekends within any time frame of 12PM - 12AM Pacific Time.
- Understand and answer all customer support questions using your personable nature
- Educate your team members about products, while independently keeping your own technical know-how up to date
- Increase customer delight through extraordinary customer service
- Demonstrate empathy through verbal and written responses
- Lead customers towards the right products, upsell, and/or help schedule a call with our sales team
