// Introduction Join Flexcavo to revolutionize the way construction machinery is used and play a key role in shaping the future of the construction industry. We are on a mission to provide construction companies an end-to-end and SaaS-enabled solution for intelligent construction machinery and sites. We aim to become an ecosystem provider for construction machinery with our own fleet and SaaS solution (FlexcavoOS) that enables the digital and intelligent construction site of the future. // Your Tasks You will be responsible for the set up and implementation of a strong marketing strategy for Flexcavo's product portfolio. Together with the Growth Team, you will drive both organic and paid campaigns and will establish strong cross-functional goals for lead generation and retention. Your tasks will include:

  • Set up an overall marketing and communication strategy for Flexcavo in Germany for all the our segments
  • Develop and implement marketing plans, projects and campaigns for the activation of new clients, including paid campaigns and organic marketing initiatives
  • Establish and maintain a marketing analytics structure including A/B testing and performance improvement
  • Work together with our Product, Operations and People teams to coordinate marketing activities (e.g. new product launches; employer branding communication, etc.)
  • Own & manage all initiatives related to editorial content production, supporting with content writing
  • Measure the organic content performance across all social channels as well as the performance of paid campaigns, setting up KPIs for your team
  • Manage and monitor the budget for the marketing team
// Your Profile
  • At least a Bachelor degree in Business Studies, Marketing/Communication, or similar
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a B2B Business
  • Project management skills with the ability to work with departments
  • Experience with marketing tools and channels such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Team player with the ability to manage complexity in the working environment
  • Hands on and capable of working under time pressure and with good time management
  • Analytically skilled and pro-active attitude
  • Brand minded
  • Very good German and English language skills
