As the Senior Data Center Training Coordinator for Data Center Operations, you will help design, implement, organize, manage, and scale a comprehensive learning & development program for our mission critical facilities. This position works closely with the Training Program Manager as well as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from Facilities, Site Services, Logistics and other internal and external groups to implement and track training program objectives for the organization.

As a Senior Data Center Training Coordinator, you will work with the Training Manager to establish a standard training structure for the entire Global Data Center Operations organization. In addition other responsibilities include: Assist with the development and implementation of training policies. Provide input into training budget needs and preparation of annual budget. Oversee the master training calendar to ensure data center compliance with regulatory training certifications such as NFPA 70E, First Aid and CPR training. Work with Training Reps from each Data Center Functional Area to evaluate training needs and establish a training curriculum for each. Ensure compliance with long- and short-term training goals and objectives. Assist with establishing methods for measuring and reporting on learner engagement, retention and application. Give training program visibility through written status, ongoing reporting, and summary presentations. Ensure owned data centers are in compliance with Apple safety & environmental training requirements. Supervise development and skill improvement programs for existing employees.

  • Ability to work with Technical SMEs from various functional areas to develop training content.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency with Mac OS, related business, and communication tools.
  • Familiar with traditional and modern training programs and processes.
  • Ability to create and modify training content within multiple 3rd Party and Owned Learning Management Systems (LMSs).
  • Able to manage roles, securities and permissions associated with LMS access as well as troubleshoot LMS system issues.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
