• Master our company’s software and services and communicate it easily to both technical and non- technical customers
• Assist our customers with the implementation of our platform as well as sharing, researching, developing and updating materials and machinery
• Conduct technical sales, technical projects, integrations and partner support with a focus on technical feasibility  and offer negotiations
• Logging client feedback and evaluating data to create new sales and product strategies to target our new and existing  customers
• Identify and communicate  areas of improvement and solutions to our senior stakeholders
• Train sales colleagues on the technical aspects of the company’s products

• You proudly have 5+  years experience working as a Solutions Engineer in the sales, product and technology departments (working  in e-commerce, SaaS, and Startups would be a plus!)
• Working independently isn’t new for you and can collaborate cross functionally within the Sales,  Customer Care, and Product teams
• You are creative when it comes to making things work even when they  aren’t running smoothly
• Excellent communication skills in English (German would be an advantage) and enjoy doing customer service and technical  support with it
• Experience implementing REST APIs and working with basic system architecture
• You have good knowledge of Javascript and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, iframes, etc)
• Thorough knowledge of the Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
