This role will be a mix of building/coding every day and leading new developers to meet strategic goals.

* Responsible for owning the development of what we are building. We want developers who CARE about quality code.

* Demonstrate and communicate a passion for implementing highly scalable and maintainable and backend services

* Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, products owners, and designers to deliver empowering user experiences

* Communicate ideas with cross-functional teams in an effective manner

* Share technical solutions and product ideas through design review, pair programming, code review and technological discussions

* Utilize a proactive and responsive approach to problem-solving

* Build applications with REST API services using Java, Node.js

* Apply experience with object-oriented programming languages and frameworks (e.g. Java, Spring, etc.)

Additional qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience
• 5+ Years experience developing with backend technologies in enterprise level software
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• Must reside in Ft. Worth/Dallas area or willing to relocate. No corp to corp or sponsorship available.
