What do we do? We distribute music from independent artists and labels to hundreds of music  platforms like iTunes, Spotify, Amazon, Deezer or Beatport, we then collect royalties and neighboring rights from collecting societies. Our Berlin office is the hub for our Global Marketing and Customer Support teams, working with our international team in Zurich, we are growing rapidly. What are we looking for? Based in our Berlin office, we are looking for a Head of Quality Assurance & Delivery (32h - 40h per week, Monday - Friday). Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you´ll lead a growing team (15+) of Content Delivery and Content Quality Assurance agents in a rapidly growing music startup. Working with internal departments and external service providers you will ensure the efficient and effective delivery of iMusician’s customer content to the respective music service platforms. You will create processes across the wider company to increase the effectiveness of your department, reducing required touch-time across the organisation. In collaboration with the Artists & Label Relations Department,  you’ll review relevant issues and present solutions to them. Performance-driven, you'll  identify and monitor key performance indicators. Making data-driven decisions, you'll ensure that the teams have the knowledge, ability, and time to provide the service our customers expect. Furthermore, you’ll ensure that the work of your teams meets the platforms’ metadata and quality standards.The position includes, amongst other things:

• Lead and nurture the Quality Assurance & Delivery Department across both Berlin and Zurich
• Continuously co-develop and revise QA & Delivery vision and strategy with the COO.
• Execute department strategy by working closely together with Team Leads and the Quality Assurance & Delivery team members with the objective to reduce fulfilment costs of the department.
• Continuously analyze and improve processes and work on their scalability for a million users.

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of experience leading an operations department/team.
• You speak English fluently; additional proficient language skills are a plus
• Proven track record of stakeholder management across the business .
• Experience in process automation.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of SQL and handling process-related data is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of the digital music industry is a big plus
