For the Global Technology and Digital & Platform Services functions in JPMC, a shared priority is to create a sustainable, resilient and future-ready organization to adapt to the evolving needs of our consumers. The Change Strategy & Transformation Team works to strategize, design, build and implement initiatives that drive the organization towards the future.

This position will include partnering with various cross-LOB leaders and key partners across global technology including GT Program Leads, Communications, HR and Training. The ideal candidate will have strategy skills to identify and solve for challenges but also strong execution skills to deliver upon the strategy. This position will involve working across all lines of business and geographies and will require solid communication skills, ability to build relationships and drive a consistent agenda. The ideal candidate is a \"self-starter\" with a desire to understand and a passion for change management.

We are looking for a strong candidate to join this dynamic and ambitious team. This person will help define and implement the overarching change strategy for GT Modernization efforts, including the execution of managed acceleration campaigns. They will be responsible for designing key initiatives and programs that facilitate change across the organizations we serve. The responsibilities of this role will be to work in partnership with the lead to:

• Develop and execute an end-to-end change strategy to expedite adoption GT Practices & Principles and achieve macro metrics goals at a faster rate

• Build core change management assets including key slideware, workshops, learning, recognition framework, measurement approach, etc

• Manage stakeholders to ensure strong coordination and alignment of plans

• Partner closely with core implementation group to deliver against change plan - includes communications, learning, Ignite, POWERUP, Accelerators, Manager Excellence and Global Tech Centers

• 3 - 5+ years of strategy experience in a fast-paced corporate environment

• Ability to deliver results accurately, quickly, and efficiently while adapting to shifting priorities

• Aptitude to identify, gather, and analyze relevant data to capture key themes and drive decision making

• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and partner with others to deliver

• Team-oriented, actively participating to foster a positive work environment with peers

• Strong work ethic, self-starter who is creative with a 'can-do' attitude

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Must be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and other Office applications - ability to build senior level presentations and materials
