Duties: Design, build and maintain software applications for Document Management. Gather business requirements and develop and design software. Design, analyze and develop programming to satisfy business requirements ensuring that the architecture standards, risk management and security policies are the best practice development. Participate in every phase of software delivery life cycle including requirement, analysis and design, build code, unit test, support system and integration testing, implementation phase and post implementation support. Write and enhance technical specifications based on functional specifications. Produce Unit test case results, implementation plans, and application support guide. Perform unit testing ensuring minimal code defects out of build phase into system test phase. Work in collaborate and provide project manager timely and accurate information regarding the performance of the assigned projects. Identify and communicate potential impacts of a change or issue to other project managers, UAT team, Tech Ops and other teams. Demonstrate sound analytic and diagnostic skills dealing with issues.


Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as Software Engineer, R&D Engineer, Application Developer, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree plus two (2) years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of experience.
