Job description

We’re seeking a strong Design Director/Associate Creative Director based in either New York or Ohio. This is a rare opportunity for a talented, strategic, multi-disciplinary Graphic Designer who loves to deliver great work and inspire creativity in others. This role will allow you to have autonomy and the freedom to lead and produce outstanding design work while being hands on in helping shape our overall business.

For your application to be considered we require –
· An outstanding track record and body of work that demonstrates creativity, strategic thinking, practicality and effectiveness across numerous sectors: CPG, retail, healthcare, technology, corporate identity, etc.
· Multi-disciplinary design knowledge with ability to create and direct optimal brand experiences across touchpoints: identity, digital, print, pack, environment, video/motion, etc.
· B.A./B.S. or equivalent in Graphic Design or Visual Communications
· Minimum 5-8 years design experience with 2-4 years experience managing/leading creative teams
