stakefish is growing and we are looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us do just that! In this role, you will be working with our HR Manager, to find and hire the best talent out there. You will have the freedom to oversee the full-cycle of recruiting and be part of growing a team in an exciting industry - blockchain. For this, you will need to be creative and innovative to have the right people to come to work with us!
In this role, you will
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruiting needs
- Source potential candidates through various channels and methods
- Develop long-term recruiting strategies and processes
- Plan screening calls, interviews, and assessments
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Provide a smooth and positive hiring experience for candidates
Is this you?
- Proven work experience in a similar role, recruiting for a variety of positions (engineering, product, design, operations, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Creativity and flexibility when sourcing talent
- Comfortable with ambiguity, able to take charge and get things done despite the unknowns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
What would be a plus?
- Have experience at a startup or a fast-moving environment
- Have an understanding of blockchain
