about the position At iconmobile Group we design virtual experiences for the product development inside large enterprises (for example automotive companies). These can be visualizations or interactive applications like a virtual car cockpit in AR or VR. At the moment our 3D artists and developers are using Unity and we would like to expand our stack and potentially fully migrate to Unreal Engine. To get this started we need a very experienced Unreal Engine developer who has introduced and lead the development of digital experiences (VR, games, interactive worlds) with Unreal Engine in a small to medium-sized cross-functional studio team (10 - 20 people). your role You will be our initial Unreal Engine go-to person, you will set-up the pipelines, processes and you will train our existing staff and hire new staff where needed. your profile

• 5+ years of production experience with Unreal Engine (Blueprints and C++)
• 3+ yearrs of leadership experience of a small cross-functional team of artists and developers
• you have released 3+ final products which use Unreal Engine
• experience in delivering breath-taking, high-quality results
• experience with AR or VR
• experience with 3D pipelines, real-time visualization, Git and Perforce
• experience in setting up a production process (including sculpting, UV-unwrapping, LOD creation, etc.)
• passion to evangelize Unreal Engine inside and outside the company

Nice to have:

• experience in developing experiences for automotive clients
• experience in dealing with business customers
