DESCRIPTION:

Analyze information processing and plan and design computer systems, using techniques such as structured analysis and data modeling. Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow. Work with multiple diverse stakeholders across Line of Business, Credit Risk Analytics, Quantitative Modeling and Technology teams. Responsible for business analysis and creation of detailed business requirement documents for functional enhancements, methodology changes and data enrichment projects related to wholesale Basel capital regulations. Provide technical and functional support throughout the project lifecycle, including creating functional requirements. Work with the Development team to facilitate the build effort, ensuring Build team understands the specifications and writing and executing test cases. Analyze large quantity of data using SQL and Excel. Maintain communication across various user groups, provide status updates, milestone tracking, project scoping, and scheduling. Perform user acceptance testing by providing walkthrough of the user interfaces, creating UAT Test Plan, facilitating UAT meetings, documenting issues and partnering with the business to ensure sign-off on all requirements. Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards. Supervises 1 employee with the following job titles: Vice President.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

Experience: 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation.

Special skills: Position requires 5 year of work experience in the following:

1. Working with Capital Markets and Credit Risk as a business analyst;

2. Regulatory Capital Framework;

3. Risk Measures including Loss Given Default and Probability of Default and how these impact Capital calculations;

4. Data analysis using SQL and Excel;

5. Coordinating User Acceptance Testing and providing walkthrough of User Interfaces;

6. Documenting business requirements and creating functional specifications; and,

7.
