We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to find and engage talent for our Growth organization, focused primarily on Sales and Solutions teams. You will partner closely with our Sales leadership team to align on talent strategy and improve effective candidate selection processes. We're experiencing high growth and scaling teams across the organization, this role is a unique opportunity to use your recruiting skills and sourcing wizardry to drive forward high velocity candidate pipelines.
What You’ll Do

- Work closely with recruiters/HM's to understand our culture, the requirements for our roles and their impact on the company.
- Strategically plan and execute impactful recruiting campaigns for Sales.
- Engage and activate passive candidates through the use of boolean, LinkedIn, etc
- Conduct phone screens with qualified candidates and share candidates with hiring teams.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews as needed while providing a great candidate experience.
What You’ll Bring
- Typically, 3+ years of full-cycle GTM/Revenue recruiting in high-growth, technology/SaaS companies
- Experience full-cycle recruiting for sales roles such as BDRs, Account Executives, Solutions Engineering
- High level of empathy and effective, inclusive communication skills
- Self-directed, with a high sense of urgency and excellent sourcing skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Google Apps, CRM, etc
