In this IT Manager, Wireless Settlements Systems position, you will be responsible for the systems that manage the wholesale network and other third party costs of DISH’s MVNO retail wireless business. As we build out our IT Retail Wireless Division, you will also have the exciting opportunity to establish a team of technical and non-technical professionals that will analyze, develop, and maintain our financial control systems.

Primary responsibilities of this IT Manager position will fall into the following areas:

Develop and maintain a platform to rate MVNO Network cost Manage vendor relationship and resources on platform builds Manage tight deadlines on complex deliverables to meet business needs Escalate issues appropriately with clear and concise root cause analysis and remediation recommendations Integration of new acquisitions data records and rating elements Migration of customer base to MNO Roaming Agreements Ingestion of additional rate/volume cost structures Support Business Operating groups Deep understanding of wireless cost economics and building them into system requirements and analytics A successful IT Manager, Wireless Settlements Systems will have the following:

7+ years’ experience leading and managing high performing teams, with a track record of successfully recruiting and developing talent Experience in managing complex system requirements Experience with wireless billing or settlements systems and analysis 7+ years experience in Wireless and/or Telecom Industries MBA a plus Compensation: $85,905.00/Yr. - $136,190.00/Yr.
