As a Senior Fulfilment and Logistics Manager (f/m/x) you are the main contact person for our 3PL centres. You will ensure that the agreed service levels are met and you will constantly look for ways to provide our customers with an even better experience. YOUR TASKS

  • Take ownership of all operational topics with our warehouse and carriers including monitoring, control and optimise the performance of the sites based on KPIs and SLA\'s
  • Lead, mentor and further develop the current team of 1 member
  • Identify drivers for internal operations and warehouse in-efficiencies and drive projects to resolve those using process optimisations, controlling or with the introduction of IT tools
  • Lead and support strategic operational projects, e.g. checkout to Switzerland, setup of international warehouses etc to support rapid operational growth
  • Monitor and improve the order forecast, and workforce planning with the warehouse to ensure fulfilment goals are met across all countries and brands
  • Be the contact point for internal stakeholders regarding all questions concerning the warehouses managed and the processes you are responsible for
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or any other relevant field
  • You have 4+ years of logistics processes management experience
  • Quick learner with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical thinking, a solution-oriented approach and goal-oriented
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German or Italian is a plus)
  • Proficiency in excel and data analytics
  • Attention to detail and the ability to zoom out to think strategically
  • Ability to solve problems thinking outside the box
  • Willing to travel to the locations of our fulfilment centres in Europe
