The Cybersecurity & Technology Controls group at JPMorgan Chase aligns the firm's cybersecurity, access management, controls and resiliency teams. We are seeking an exceptional Application Security Product Manager to work in our Application Security Team. If you're passionate about creating and improving scalable security testing solutions and redefining how these solutions are implemented in large-scale financial organizations with global impact on millions of customers, then we'd like to talk to you.

We're the team who help secure JPMorgan Chase & Co's applications and services. We are experts in Application Security, passionate in our desire to maintain a high security bar, and we focus on how to make application security happen automatically for developers so they can focus on how best serve our customers.

Role and Responsibilities
* Provide oversight of operation of existing application security products
* Define and communicate application security product roadmap to customers and cross functional partners
* Interface with engineering teams to design and document new features or products
* Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize software delivery and/or technical debt
* Work with operations teams to maintain product availability and positive customer experience
* Develop and report operational metrics
* Provide guidance to policy teams for product capabilities and applicability to customers
* Articulate concepts of application security practices, risks, and controls to executive leadership

The ideal candidate has a high attention to detail and is passionate about listening to and solving customer challenges. They must balance product efficacy with UX and ultimately reduce risk for the company. The ideal candidate has strong product ownership experience, strong knowledge of application security, and an in-depth knowledge of static and/or open source evaluation tools.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Software engineering experience; with a current focus on secure application development
* Strong information security risk-based prioritization abilities
* Experience within a software security team or similar operating environment
* BA/BS in computer science, information security, related discipline, or equivalent work experience
* General understanding of common application flaws, and how to fix them
* Ability to work independently and comfortably in highly cross functional environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience with operating static and dynamic security scanning tools (Fortify, Arachni, Coverity, Checkmarx, AppScan, etc.)
* Excellent leadership, teamwork and collaboration skills.
* Results-oriented, high energy, self-motivated.
* Information security professional certifications encouraged (SANS GIAC, CISSP etc.)
* Excellent attention to detail
* Passionate about security; involved in the application security community
* Experience teaching secure code practices; in 1:1 situations or to large teams
* Experience with DevOps processes
* Experience with secure mobile device development and mobile app testing
