The role is Lead UX/UI Designer

You’ll own all things visual design. You’ll run experiments, and work through all levels of fidelity to make our product and brand functional and beautiful.

We want your wisdom...

... not just your love of helvetica. This is a senior design role and we expect that you've worked closely with engineers to bring vision to reality before. Experience running design projects with teams and leading ambiguous research are hard requirements.

We’re a customer-obsessed, design-first, pixel-perfect company.... we’re just not great at the pixel part. We believe that remarkable product and marketing design is transformative. You’ll be working only with people who want you to produce remarkable design and get recognized for it. We follow Basecamp’s Shape Up method which breaks features down into small designable parts. Dave and Gabe will translate your designs into code and overall product direction is led by Tomer and Gabe based on what they’re hearing from customers. We’ve embraced a process that will let you operate to produce work you’ll be incredibly proud of.

The opportunity is huge

We’re building tools to help create the future of video content. Nearly every company we speak with wants to use more video. We’re early, but we’re onto something any company with a marketing team can use. Our company was born in YCombinator and we’re backed by some solid funds. We went from 0 to 15 customers in our first 5 weeks and now we're preparing to take it to the next stage.

We’re a NYC centric company

When it’s safe to do so again, we plan to have in person jam sessions (including lots of Catan). When we’re not together, you’ll have the freedom to work from wherever you want. Our office isn’t fancy, but the people are cool and there is some of the best food in the world in our backyard.

💰 We’ll pay market always and give you a serious stake in the company when you join full-time

🛠 We use Figma and Webflow, but are open to change.‍ We'll make sure you have what you need to build our product and your career.
