We're making conversion optimization improvements across the whole site. That begins with selecting a new shopify theme to increase site speed, which is an opportunity to update design and navigation across the site (especially mobile).

There are more obvious improvements we'd like to implement on a first pass of redesign, and then we would like ongoing work each month running A/B tests and further optimizing based on data. We're data driven, and would like design choices to be both beautiful and backed up by careful testing and analytics.

The first task will be assisting our developer with the selection of a new shopify theme to ensure the theme is able to easily implement future design goals.

We sell complete kits to grow cannabis at home like a houseplant, inside or out, any time of year, and harvest your own weed in only 80 days. Our customers are both recreational and medicinal cannabis consumers as well as gardeners, houseplant enthusiasts, and seniors.

Our brand colors are black, white, and green. Our style is simple, fun, educational, and approachable.

We're looking for someone who can audit the data we've already collected, implement a set of design changes based on that data and best practices for e-commerce conversion (especially mobile), and help our developer select a new shopify theme based on the theme's capabilities as they relate to those planned design changes.

After that, we'd like you to stay on for at least several months and take ownership of designing A/B tests to further increase site conversion.
