As an experienced influencer and leader of people across teams, you will partner and lead the new Firmwide capacity product. The capacity lead brings together representatives from all LOBs and GT platform and infrastructure teams to identify capacity feature functionality for critical applications and infrastructure. The capacity lead will deliver in a timely fashion and escalates when blocked. In addition to tracking capacity product delivery, you will leverage the Capacity forum to identify opportunities for cost saving by reducing under-utilized assets and driving adoption of standard tools.

Capacity Product Lead responsibilities:

• Build effective relationships across LOB Capacity teams and GTI Platform and Infrastructure providers in order to maintain buy-in to Capacity Book of Work, Feature Functionality and improvement opportunities

• Develop 'rules of the road' for capacity product - what is expected/ needed

• Define and develop process/ tooling for capture and reporting of monthly capacity product delivery to meet expectations

• Develop view of capacity product vision & strategy

• Define and monitor Firmwide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for review by the council (e.g. capacity related incidents)

• Develop and maintain list of cost-saving opportunities for review by the council

• Maintain roadmap for capacity management tool and process changes

• Chair Monthly Capacity Council meetings and publish minutes and actions for audit

Preferred skills:

• Experience with global large-scale, multi-tier, complex applications

• Proven ability to lead across functional teams of IT professionals towards common goals and objectives

• Inter-personal/ influencing skills

• Strong personal organization and documentation skills

• Communication skills (verbal, written)
* Function as an enterprise capacity management SME
* Defines capacity standards, process, tools and govern capacity planning strategies
* Engage with other Capacity analysts and Application Owners, at varying skill levels, to help understand future capacity needs and identify optimization opportunities
* Strong capacity management planning, analyzing, trending and forecasting skills.
* Able to manage large, critical cross-organization programs and Partner with multiple stakeholders to meet SLA's/SLO's

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or Information Systems
* Understanding or have experience with agile and lean philosophies
* Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills with clear communication
* Ability to collaborate with different roles to achieve common goals
