Duties: Drive requirements and analysis activities. Identify system data sources
('Source Systems') that meet target and Application Data Model requirements. Monitor
Project JIRA Agile Board. Define source system to products and services mappings and
dependencies, including field-level data requirements and definitions. Validate
proposed solutions and data flows and document how keys are passed between systems
to demonstrate the integrity of transaction data flows through the supply chain
ecosystem. Define and communicate data architecture and model requirements. Drive
required changes to data models through roadmap. Define and evolve an integrated
data model that underpins the production planning process and provides the framework
for the tools roadmap. Drive development of Supply Chain Planning tool
(RapidResponse) and ETL automation service delivery.

Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Master's degree
in Industrial Engineering and Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of
experience as a Supply Chain Systems Analyst or related occupation. The employer
will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree plus seven (7) years of experience.

Skills Required: This position requires two (2) years of experience in each of the
following skills: Supply Chain Systems including SAP APO and Kinaxis RapidResponse
configuration; Supply Chain Planning including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and
Production Planning; Agile and SCRUM Implementation Methodologies such as writing
user stories, maintaining Jira board, or conducting ceremonies; and Data
