The U.S. Wealth Management business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase Wealth Management, J.P. We are seeking a technology product owner to fill a role in our Wealth Planning & Advice technology team. As a product owner on the team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end prioritization/requirements management across features in the Wealth Planning and Advice roadmap in partnership with the business.

Overview of the role:
* End to end (from ideation to implementation) accountability for continuous delivery associated to one or more Wealth Planning and Advice Technology workstreams
* Close partnership with business product owners, ensuring alignment, delivery, and realization of business benefits
* Support the business product owner in producing, refining, and prioritizing the backlog for development and estimation
* Drive technology development teams towards advancing our roadmap, deliverables, and business benefits
* Define and manage successful delivery of programs and projects that rely on your project management, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage and influence many distinct business and technology functions across a high number of stakeholders at varying levels of seniority

* Wealth Management industry experience is mandatory
* Wealth Planning, Advice, Goals experience is preferred.
* 5+ years of project delivery experience
* Front/back end application development exposure

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Establishing and maintaining JIRA boards and dashboards - leadership throughout the planning and development process including leading daily meetings and grooming sessions.
* Relevant hands-on technical background, including experience in Agile methodology and Jira.
* Ability to tailor communications (high level vs detailed level) based on the audience it pertains to.
* Ability to identify application impacts, estimates, dependencies, and drive strategic solutions across a set of teams
* Excellent facilitation skills. Ability to command/lead facilitation meetings with clear & specific agenda. Keep the audience attentive and active in participation of the meetings.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
* Motivated individual with strong work ethic and the ability to proactively manage and lead efforts associated with key program deliverables while collaborating with several teams
* Excellent documentation, analytical, and reasoning skills (e.g., adheres to best practices in meeting management, regularly completes tasks and conducts business with no supervision over email, produces review-ready documentation)
* Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead meetings and steer discussions accordingly (e.g., produces senior management-ready presentation decks with minimal oversight, effectively and professionally manages meeting discussion to ensure effectiveness and timeliness, interact with stakeholders ranging from working group level through executive level
* clearly defining and adhering to goals, objectives, scope, and all roles and responsibilities across all deliverables.
* Ensures project is completed in accordance with all Risk, Architecture and other relevant firm wide guidelines
* Strong ability to manage changes to scope, roadmap, and backlog
* Flexibility in approach to analysis based on the complexity and scope of the change requested
* Be aware of cross impacts and ongoing efforts across the broader Asset Management organization to ensure efficiencies.
* Be able to deliver solutions with an equal focus on the operational/business models as well as the technology solution.
* Ensure quality in written documentation for requirements, user stories and technical designs across teams.
* End to End testing oversight and management of key issues with business and operations partner
* Project management and Agile Scrum Master role includes but is not limited to:
+ Leadership of the scrum development process and communication
+ Support the product owner to produce & prioritize the product/project backlog for development and estimation
+ Ensure the scrum team understands and follows the scrum principles
+ Own the scrum process (release schedule, iteration schedules, ceremonies, etc.)
+ Motivates the scrum team
+ Ensure valid and accurate metrics are produced across all disciplines (quality of stories, quality of development, completion of committed stories, etc.)
+ Creation of feature files in support of the development-testing process
+ Participate in code and functional reviews
+ Efficient and effective verbal and written communication both within the Technology team and the stakeholders
+ Present technology analysis/design and feedback to stakeholders
+ Ensures the quality of stories accepted into the iteration
+ Build and reinforce relationships with stakeholders through the whole value chain, as well as with other Tech groups
* Identification, communication and escalation of risks and issues as needed
