Scout & Cellar is looking to add an experienced Application Administrator to our growing Technology team. This role provides application administration and coordination for various enterprise applications in support of Technology, Finance, Production and Fulfillment. Reporting to the Director of IT, the Application Administrator is responsible for the planning, implementation, sustainment and ongoing optimization of the assigned enterprise applications.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Support Enterprise objectives to improve business processes through the appropriate use of the enterprise applications such as ERP, eCommerce, and Compliance Management.
  • Coordinate migration to ERP among stakeholders
  • Act as system expert/administrator assigned applications
  • Create, update, and maintain application configurations
  • Work with third party to maintain, upgrade, and enhance current capabilities
  • Work with Vendors’ Support to maintain the support cases opened for Business needs
  • Document customizations and any system modifications to applications
  • Partner with other Operations departments to monitor and maintain integrations between enterprise applications and data warehouses.
  • Directly support training of users / super users / functional masters / and subject matter experts (SME’s) on assigned applications
  • Communicate to all employees on system changes and new processes
  • Provide input for feasibility of new ideas submitted by company employees that impact enterprise applications.

Here’s what you must bring to the table:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience and previous hands-on experience implementing and sustaining NetSuite ERP systems and modules of similar scope and complexity with demonstrated success
  • Administrator-level knowledge of roles, permissions, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports and dashboards in NetSuite
  • NetSuite certifications highly preferred – NetSuite ERP consultant, NetSuite Certified Administrator, and SuiteFoundation.
  • Extensive experience with NetSuite customization, building advanced workflows is a plus
  • Experience with Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Order Management and Fulfillment business processes is preferred.
  • Experience with eCommerce business processes is a plus.
  • Experience with Direct-to-Consumer business processes is a plus.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and interact effectively will all levels of the organization
  • Able to operate in a fast moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment with tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (MIS, IT business/computer science and/or Accounting)
