Duties: Responsible for software template development/re-engineering within the HotDocs software. Responsible for project level requirements analysis, template design, template modifications and testing review to ensure line of business goals are successfully met with technology solutions. The process involves converting a paper document or form into a HotDocs template. The HotDocs template can be used for manual data entry or automation using HotDocs web services. Responsible for architecture level changes of existing and new projects based on the discussion with business. Responsible to create and send the Sprint Report to the upper management. SME for the critical Line of Businesses (LOBs) to help in end to end document generation. Technical and functional documentation of all critical flows. Maintain and organize communication between business, team and end users of the applications. Handle end users issues and provide training and guidance to them about the applications. Perform health check of the applications and take quick corrective action in case of emergency and outage end comply. Ensure availability with proper functionality of all of the LOBs under monitoring during SLA hours. Responsible for software upgrades and enhancements for better performance.
Minimum education required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Engineering (any) or a related field .
Minimum experience required: Six (6) years of experience in Document Automation, Application Development, or related experience.
Skills required:Experience with HotDocs Legal templates development. Experience with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. Experience with XML Schemas. Experience with .Net Framework. Experience with Agile methodologies. Experience with Source Control Repositories including SVN and GIT.
