Our 75+ people strong Digital team (Engineering, Product, UX) will be growing significantly over the next months. This role will be sitting in the RAMEN Engineering sub-team who's excited to welcome their 6th engineer. The team is building an internal tool to support the whole culinary process at Marley Spoon. A complex menu builder that will automate recipe creation and help the culinary team to identify the perfect menu on a weekly basis for all the markets at global level. Your role is instrumental in supporting global spanning and getting Marley Spoon equipped for the current massive growth and the potential ahead. Tech Stack

• Write testable and readable code, that runs fast and reliably
• Develop monitoring infrastructure
• Refactoring (no technical debt whatsoever, the application is less than 2 years old and built with the latest stacks)
• Shape the future of our RAMEN application which will rely more and more on automation
• Work closely with the other teams and your teammates to arrive at the best possible feature implementation
• Be a customer yourself so you're a direct user of what you're building. You'll receive the product for free of course ;)

• Several years of experience
• Professional experience with Ruby on Rails
• Experience with setting up monitoring tools (e.g. Grafana, Prometheus, ElasticSearch)
• The focus is on the backend, but we'd need you equipped for some frontend work as well
• Experience (or willingness to work) with ReactJS and TypeScript
• Experience with Kubernetes (nice to have)
• Strong testing mindset
• Excellent communication skills
