Duties: Design, develop, implement, and debug customer interaction routing solutions. Develop capture adapters to integrate with different backend systems. Install and configure Genesys platform and applications on UNIX and Windows. Create, modify, and maintain templates for reporting within Genesys Infomart and Pulse. Integrate with Genesys platform using SDKs, Java, J2EE, REST and SOAP web service development. Leverage agile principles and methodologies to continuously build, integrate, and deploy software components. Conduct unit, integration, system, resiliency, and performance testing on software and infrastructure deliverables. Troubleshoot individual products and system integrations between products. Develop voice based self-service applications using VXML, GRXML, speech recognition, and Java based integration with backend, customer account, and product databases. Install, configure, maintain, and support third party contact center platforms and internal applications used to improve agent productivity and customer experience.


Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as a System Developer, Applications Developer, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree plus three (3) years of experience.
