We’re looking for a generalist who is a great problem solver and wants to “roll up their sleeves” and get the job done.
The role will be a mix of business admin tasks, finance items, special projects and likely a good dose of helping out where needed (marketing, sales, support and success). We’re a tight nit team and always put the customer first. As the first Ops hire, you’ll report directly to the COO and there will be plenty of opportunity for growth in the role.
Here are some examples of the work you might be doing (as you can see, it’s a diverse mix):
* Benefits administration
* Helping out in our support queue
* Writing drip email campaigns
* Helping get our customers started
* Analyzing use cases with new product rollouts
* Generating financial reports
* Deep data dives into customer/business metrics
* Working on new designs (with a designer) for swag
* Helping to organize meetups
* Helping organize customer events
* Writing documentation
We’re looking for someone who’s done a bit of everything, and is interested in how a fast growing company works. Ideally, you have a background in something analytical, but are capable of being creative. You’re also an excellent writer and are comfortable working in a fully remote setting - i.e. you thrive on autonomy. Most of all, we’re looking for someone who’s an excellent problem solver, can thinking outside of the box and loves to execute.

You might have a business or math or communications degree or you might not. We’re looking for someone who has a proven ability to solve problems and work hard.
As you may have seen, this is a remote job - we are a global team, spread all over the world (but mostly based in North America) and we’re looking for someone based in the US for this role. We’re big on asynchronous work and ensuring a great work-life balance. We put a lot of trust in our team and expect top-notch results.
Pay and Benefits
We benchmark our pay to the 90th percentile of US technology company rates. Same position, same pay, no matter where you live based on your experience.
