The Position

As Traefik Labs product adoption specialist you will monitor our user community and engage to support the use of our products. In this technical role, you will act as a moderator for all public forums to ensure that no question remains unanswered. Day to day activities will revolve around answering posts on different channels, animating Traefik Proxy forum and guiding users through their trial experience as needed. This broad exposure to the diverse communities will be your opportunity to ensure Traefik Labs has the right mindshare across the board.

Requirements

• Analytical and critical thinking
• Good Technical writer abilities
• Open source software advocate
• Experience with Cloud Native technologies.
• Comfortable coding and hacking on Docker and Kubernetes in an enterprise environment.
• Comfortable in a remote work culture using the tools associated with such a culture.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring of Traefik Labs’ Forum and other community forums like Github, stack overflow, etc.
• Educating, documenting, demonstrating
• Capture FAQ and translate to Knowledge Base articles as appropriate
• Respond to Trial slack channel inquiries
• Provide structured feedback to Product Management to guide product evolution
• Support our user group through regular office hours and community slack channels & forum
• Actively participate in customer onboarding and other Customers’ Tech Support activities

The Location

This position is remote friendly with occasional travel to offices and/or shows as needed.
