Duties: Design, build, test, and support production distributed applications. Conduct hands on POCs to prove concepts/products. Migrate applications to internal and external clouds. Migrate applications to Microservices architectures and patterns. Evaluate open source and vendor products. Work with architecture and design leads across firm on platform's business and technical architecture, as well as project understanding. Work with product representatives to define feature requirements. Coordinate with teams to integrate systems and ensure proper end to end integration.


Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the position offered or three (3) years of experience as an Application/Software Developer, IT Analyst, or related role.

Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following skills: building enterprise scale internet and customer facing, mission critical, and high volume systems consisting of at least 40 thousand transactions per second per service at a Fortune 500 organization; OOP and SOA principles; enterprise design patterns; Spring Boot; Spring Web Services; designing and building REST and SOAP web services using Java at internet scale; multiple database platforms such as RDBMS or NoSQL; tuning high volume applications with at least 40 thousand transactions per second per service; SDLC; and utilizing computer software, algorithms, data structures, and programming languages.Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
