Here’s a little taste of your challenge, you will help to:

• Prototype new products and tools to collect taxes and algorithmically detect fraud
• Design and develop intuitive user interfaces
• Design API definitions and closely interact with our back-end and infrastructure team
• Show the government how open source code can be secure and effective

We developed several web applications using React, always ensuring that we adhere to the AirBnB style guide. When you're improving these applications and building new ones, you'll get the time and space to build responsive, intuitive and well-tested designs. The web applications you'll develop will communicate to parts of our backend system written in C++ and Golang. We use the best tools for the job, and when those involve different languages and frameworks, we don't shy away from the challenge, but we are also not afraid to use boring technology.

We're looking for junior/senior engineers who:

• enjoy challenging projects
• are part-time or full-time available
• have experience writing web apps in JavaScript, CSS and HTML. Experience with React is a plus.
