Responsibilities:

  • Translate marketing initiatives and acquisition goals into creative campaigns for maximum engagement for advertising and help build and expand our social media channels, you will report to the Creative Director
  • Brainstorm, strategize and design assets for Marketing that elevate the brand and drive action (ads and promotional campaigns, graphics for our blog, GIFS, emails, social media, infographics etc.)
  • Design various brand assets (including presentations, partnerships, events and printed collateral eg. whitepapers)
  • Design email templates (some HTML/CSS)
  • You are curious, collaborative, self-directed and detail-orientated
  • Ensure high quality designs are delivered to meet project objectives and timelines
  • Lead and work on multiple digital projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure accuracy of content, editorial consistency and brand positioning for all digital work
  • Be able to work within our established Voyager Brand Identity using templates and existing brand assets
  • Evolve and maintain Brand/Style Guides, templates and associated brand assets


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years visual design experience in a similar role and/or formal design training with a focus on Advertising. (Agency experience a plus)
  • Portfolio/case studies featuring examples of exceptional design work with a strong command of typography and layout
  • Expert in Sketch
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and some JavaScript
  • Knowledge of current trends in social media, design and technology
  • Understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain
  • Excellent communication skills and proven experience of working collaboratively with copywriters, animators, marketers and other stakeholders to take ideas from concept to launch and beyond
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Confident in discussing design, your solutions, and your process
  • Confident working both individually and in small teams
