• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

• Advanced knowledge in the following key areas: Infrastructure testing, monitoring, operations, program management, network management, design, security, network engineering (planning, provision, support)

• Advanced understanding of business technology drivers and their impact on architecture design, performance and monitoring, best practices and JPMC policies

• Proficient in multiple infrastructure technologies such as DHCP, DNS, Access Management, Linux/Unix, Windows, VMWare

• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple IT projects on time and within budget

• Ability to articulate to more experienced management a technical strategy in clear, concise, understandable terms

• Proficient in one programming language (Java, PERL, Python)

• Proficient in Automation technology such as Ansible and/or RPA

• Good understanding of standard support processes such as ITIL, KPIs, and standard service management reporting

• Knowledge of ServiceNow a plus
