DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Prepare technical design documents and ensure effective implementation of business requirement. Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage Salesforce. Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Apply strong understanding of Salesforce programming environments (Apex, Visualforce, etc.), especially as it relates to the understanding of declarative vs. coding best practices. Apply expertise in Salesforce development in a multi-tiered release environment, including hands-on configuration and release management. Design and develop reports using Salesforce standard reporting functionality and custom reports. Perform tests on Salesforce Platform, provide resolution and coordinate with software engineers to ensure efficiency in implementation of all software. Adhere to established software development processes and analyze all issues and monitor effective resolution of same. Provide level 3 production support for the salesforce application. Follow high paced agile development framework to support for agility and speed for software deployment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education required : Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field.

Minimum experience required: 5 years of experience in application development, or related experience.

Skills required:Experience in coding and configuring in Salesforce. Experience in setting up data model, security and sharing of salesforce sales and service cloud application. Experience designing and implementing declarative out of the box functions in salesforce lightning application. Experience developing salesforce user interface using HTML, JavaScript and lightning components. Experience programming application to build custom logic using Apex, SOQL and SOSL programming. Experience configuring reports and dashboards in salesforce application. Experience with software development life cycle using agile methodology. Experience with source control versioning and following salesforce.com coding best practices. Experience with data migrations from third party systems to Salesforce using data loader.
