The Executive Creative Director, Healthcare inspires, leads and develops award-winning creative work, creative talent and a creative culture within the experiential marketing industry.

  • Lead a multidiscipline Creative team across a wide variety of brands and projects
  • Own the creative vision across multiple client accounts
  • Discover and articulate creative objectives and insights that inform our work
  • Direct award-winning work that meets client objectives and Impact XM’s business goals
  • Ensure creative work is on strategy, on time and on budget
  • Develop singular creative concepts brought to life across a variety of creative disciplines 
  • Craft and deliver cohesive creative pitches that tell compelling stories
  • Build and mentor a Creative team that is constantly growing and evolving
  • Facilitate the individual growth of team members as Creatives, marketers and professionals
  • Ensure fiscal accountability, department profitability, and efficient operations 
  • Enhance and evolve the skills and capabilities of the Creative team 
  • Collaborate across the organization to ensure the actualization of our creative efforts
  • Maintain ongoing communications and relationships with key clients and department leads

Supervisory Responsibilities                            

This job has supervisory/oversight responsibilities commensurate with job obligations. There are no direct reports.

  • BA or BFA in Design, Communications, Marketing or other Creative discipline
  • A portfolio of creative work that inspires envy
  • 15+ years of experience in experiential marketing
  • 10+ years of experience leading high-performing Creative teams
  • 10+ years of experience working with pharmaceutical clients/brands
  • Or similar experience successfully executing projects and programs and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Skills and Abilities        

  • Ability to creative direct across 3D design, graphic design, UX/UI design and copywriting
  • Strong communicator with diplomacy skills 
  • Dynamic presenter who can own the room
  • Firm understanding of fabrication, event production, virtual experiences and digital engagements
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive
  • Strong work ethic
  • Passionate, ambitious and fearless
