The Global Identity and Access Management (GIAM) organization within CTC provides access control governance and Identity Services for all lines of business (LOBs) globally, providing the right access to the right people at the right time for all technology platforms and applications supported by CTC, and provides a comprehensive set of applications, tools, and staff to globally implement, monitor and manage technology risk solutions.

The Identify Governance and Administration team (IGA) within GIAM delivers solutions to manage the lifecycle management of the access security configuration (Identity & Account Management). The primary focus being on standardization of the ecosystem used for managing identity and access request, provisioning, certification, and reconciliation.

As an Agile Business Analyst on the IGA Product teamthe candidate will engage with stakeholders across business, product, architecture and product delivery teams to develop the product backlog for one or more products that are used to support Identity Access Lifecycle management.

This individual will serve as a liaison between scrum teams and business end-users to ensure we are delivering the right solutions at the right time. This individual will work with the business teams to identify business requirements, prioritize the book of work, and work with technology teams to define technical solutions and ensure agile processes and practices are followed. It will be beneficial to have strong technical experience in software engineering as well as strong project management and communication skills and experience managing a product roadmap with multiple stakeholders.

The candidate will be accountable for the successful execution of the various projects under their remit. They will be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle to aid in successful project completion. This includes requirement gathering, engagement in scrum development, and user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities Include

• Defining user stories and acceptance criteria

• Produce & prioritize backlog for development and estimation. Manage continuously shifting business priorities and resolve conflict with commitments

• Provides content for product roadmaps, ensures timely delivery, and provides business reasons for any changes/revisions made to roadmaps

• Works closely with business and development teams to review enhancement requests for commercial value and convey the product vision to the team.

• Engages and interacts with clients during feedback sessions, focus groups, user groups, and requirements gathering sessions.

• Partner with LOB GIAM teams and key stakeholders to understand client needs and identify solutions to meet those needs

• Build consensus among stakeholders and partner with engineers and designers to deliver high quality experiences

• Cultivating trust through personal and team relationships with a range of Product Owners, Engineers, and customers

• Advising stakeholders on options, risks, and aligning of priorities

• Provide clear vision and documentation, including use cases, product requirements, and high-level wire frames to support UX design, tech development, and operations support

• Ensuring that requirements align with threat landscape, control objectives, and efficiency goals

• Attend and actively participate in scrum meetings such as sprint planning, standup, demos, and retrospectives.

• Acts as escalation point for client issues that require product change resolution.

• Conduct client demos of new and upcoming functionality.

• Creating user help for end users and internal support teams

• Performing card (user story) sign-off

• Providing direction for testing of new functionality

• Facilitating implementation and adoption of new functionality through training and demonstrations


• Bachelor's degree in Information Science / Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field

• 7+ years of technical Business Analysis experience within a SDLC; desired Agile methods

• Functionally decompose complex problems into simple, straightforward solutions and ability to present recommended solutions to all levels of the organization

• Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills

• Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management

• Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize competing demands, be versatile and action-oriented

• Clear communication & presentation skills, and the ability to articulate complex issues concisely

• Demonstrated proficiency/advanced skills using Excel and PowerPoint

• Leadership, relationship-building and influencing skills to drive agendas across a number of teams

• Bring clear thinking and excellent problem solving skills to a range of other business challenges that may arise

• Demonstrated self-starter with good judgment and resourcefulness

• Experience performing detailed data analysis, including ability to create, run, and modify SQL queries

• Interest in information security and knowledge of Identity and Access Management controls
