This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
* Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
* Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
* Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
* Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
* Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
* Passionate about building an innovative culture
* Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages
* Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement

4-8 years of practical experience with:
* Core Java/J2EE and related technologies framework like Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, RESTful web services
* Knowledge on front end technologies like React JS, Angular JS, webpack, node js
* Knowledge of cloud and container technologies - Cloud Foundry, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, etc
* Hands on knowledge on RDBMS like Oracle
* Test tools like JUnit, Cypress, Cucumber
* Build tools like Jenkins/Maven/Nexus
* Good understanding of design and development patterns and anti-patterns
* Ability to drive the quality coding and hands on experience with tools such as Sonar, Checkstyle, PMD, FindBugs.
* Knowledge of Agile Development
* Using SCRUM or a related agile discipline/practice
* Focus on working with end users to deliver business value early
* Iterative and incremental delivery
* Automated unit and integration testing
* Continuous integration, build and automated deployment
