Our remote agency is looking for a Digital Account Manager to join the team full time.
We are a small earth based team looking for our first full-time employee. This is the coveted status of employee number one, working directly with the co-founders to scale our agency. We are looking to evolve this hire into our future GM/COO.
This Digital Account Manager will serve as the primary contact with clients, have general responsibility for the success of projects, manage internal resources in collaboration with company directors, manage all administrative aspects of the project including timelines/billing/deliverables, and work to develop ongoing business with existing clients.
The ideal Account Manager is an individual who can successfully manage website implementations with grace under pressure and solve complex problems on the fly.
Solid experience in the creation and development of projects including scopes, schedules, strategy briefs, sitemaps, wireframes, etc. and feels comfortable leading project teams.
This person will also be managing internal projects for marketing, sales, operations etc.
Digital Account Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of web design and development project/account management experience
- Experience managing complex CMS implementation projects across Webflow and Shopify etc.; Webflow experience is HUGE plus
- Experience working with Figma, Zeplin, and ClickUp is great
- Comfortable leading project teams, serving as the internal manager as well as the primary point of contact with clients

Salary - 30,000 - 45,000 USD DOE
