VP - Product Manager for Global Identity & Access Management in Business Intelligence

The Cybersecurity & Technology Controls group at JPMorgan Chase aligns the firm's cybersecurity, access management, controls and resiliency teams. The group proactively and strategically partners with all lines of business and functions to enable them to design, adopt and integrate appropriate controls; deliver processes and solutions efficiently and consistently; and drive automation of controls. The group's number one priority is to enable the business by keeping the firm safe, stable and resilient.

Our Cyber Security Technology Controls, Global Identity & Access Management (GIAM) provides identity and access management solutions for the firm's infrastructure and applications. The team ensures that appropriate access controls are in place and applied effectively and continuously.

We are actively seeking a highly experienced BI Product Manager with experience in Identity and Access Management.
* Work with business and development teams to design, and document dashboards, alerts, and reports that work across all GIAM products.
* Educate and train customers to use the data as an analytical tool, displaying the information in new forms and content for analysis exploration.
* Facilitate the production of key documents including business requirements, UX wireframes, test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
* Interface with members of your scrum team, and line of business product teams, business analysts to ensure prioritization of key business needs.
* Leverage extensive background in Identity and Access Management to speed identification and development of critical BI applications including KRI, SLA and risk indicators for consumption at all levels of leadership.
* Work with scrum team to test and certify BI applications before they are deployed to production
* Own the development vision, strategy and quarterly plan and ground delivery measurable OKRs
* Work with Developers and Subject Matter Experts to understand the work effort for a requirement, and, if needed, facilitate making adjustments that satisfy all parties within Jira leveraging Agile methodologies.
* Actively participate in adding to Confluence that is living documentation of the latest business and technical requirements
* Be responsible for delivery world class user experiences that provide actionable insights and integrated remediation steps.


This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
* 15+ years of overall experience and 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager, within Business Intelligence and ideally 5+ years in Identity and Access Management
* Must have demonstrated background in business analytics platforms including, Tableau, Qlik, AWS Quick Sight, etc.
* Excellent verbal and written skills are critical since this job primarily entails delivering technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Demonstrate work on visualization development including KRI, SLA and or operational dashboards
* Ability to leverage SQL to query database and develop data models
* UX and wireframe experience with focus on creating consolidated BI solutions across multiple product groups.
* Examples of ownerships of visions, strategy and roadmaps
* Ability to quantity business value based on cost savings, avoidance and or risk reduction
* Background in transforming BI organizations to top levels of maturity
* Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
* Strong experience with Agile development methodologies
* Experience writing technical stories in JIRA/Confluence using industry standard notations
* Experience working with diversified multi-location team
* Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent relevant work experience
