We are looking for a working student to support us long-term up to 20h/week in our Berlin Office. Our Talent Platform Marketing team is responsible for the performance and growth of our category marketing as well as traditional SEO and Google for Jobs. In your role you will report directly to the Talent Platform Marketing Lead. You will:

• Create and manage SEO content
• Analyze and monitor SEO tech performance
• Support the marketing team with reporting tasks
• Support the Talent Product team with simple technical solutions
• Support the Talent Platform Marketing team with campaigns and creatives editing
• Drive small and diverse projects with complete ownership
• Learn and grow with us while having fun

You have:

• Student status in a German institution in marketing, computer science or similar
• Free time to work at least 10-20h a week with us ideally over 3-4 days/week
• Native German & good English skills - both in writing as well as speaking
• Basic understanding of online marketing and SEO
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, SQL and eagerness to perfect those
• Proactive and self-reliant - you work independently with some guidance
• Reliable and committed to deliver solutions fast
• The ability to work with us for at least 12 months (rather longer)
• Strong interest in fast-paced tech startup industry and software product development
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and acquire new skills fast
