We are looking for an experienced, talented Senior Industrial Designer to join our Blue Ash office, centrally located in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of industrial design possesses, strong design and visual communication skills, and have great attention to detail. The position will require inventive hands-on design and strong communication skills with clients and peers.

Specific Tools:
- Self-motivation with a passion for all-things design; and an eagerness to grow beyond your current skillset.
- Candidates will demonstrate strong proficiency with 3D software like 3ds-max or Cinema 4D.
- CAD experience specific to modeling product and packaging, suitable for 3d printing. SolidWorks preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Adobe CS and Microsoft Office
- Effective sketching ability, and confidence to sketch live in brainstorming meetings.
- 5+ years of experience and a degree in industrial design. We will also consider candidates with equivalent training and able to demonstrate exceptional work experience.
- Self-managing and client-service oriented.
