Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (contract to hire) to join the Talent Acquisition team. In this role you'll use your sourcing skills to find and engage talent for our high growth hiring needs. 

What You’ll Do

  • Live by and champion our values: #day-one, #ownership, #empathy, #humility.
  • Work closely with hiring teams to understand our culture, the requirements for our roles and their impact on the company. 
  • Strategically plan and execute impactful sourcing campaigns that actually work. 50% sourcing of time at minimum sourcing.
  • Fill top funnel candidate pipelines with a diverse candidate pool.
  • Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of boolean, LinkedIn, etc
  • Phone Screen and qualify candidates for experience competencies, culture attributes and core values.
  • Coordinate interviews as needed and provide an exceptional candidate experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • Typically, 2+ years of experience working on a fast paced talent acquisition/recruiting team
  • 1+ years in-house sourcing/recruiting in a technology driven company 
  • Intuitive sourcing skills and a knack for identifying and engaging top talent 
  • Basic understanding of hiring concepts, policies, and administrative procedures
  • Commitment to getting things done with a high sense of urgency and keen eye for details
  • Desire to work remotely and make an impact at a high growth tech company
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
