We are looking for a talented senior UI/UX designer who is passionate about user experience and solving complex problems to drive product engagement. This role sits on the product team and you will own the product design of all our tools that power thousands of insurance agents.

• Turning complex solutions into easy to use and intuitive designs
• Speaking with customers to understand their pain points and priorities
• Communicating priorities with stakeholders
• Creating wireframes, final visual design, design specs, motion comps, and prototypes—anything needed to tell the story and convey the final product

What you’ll do

• Own all aspects of UX/UI for a software that is used by 18K+ users to help them achieve success and drive user adoption
• Creating wireframes, final visual design, design specs, motion comps, and prototypes—anything needed to tell the story and convey the final product
• Work cross functionally with different teams and communicate visually and verbally with key stakeholders.
• Apply insights and learnings from data and user research and incorporating them as needed into designs
• Quickly produce concepts and ideas that can be tested
• Actively participate in retrospectives and help drive continuous improvement in our process and product

What you’ll need

The following experience is relevant to us:

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design, ideally working on SaaS products
• A strong foundation in typography, composition, visual systems, interaction design, visual design, and a design process
• A proven track record of success in working with product managers, engineers, and various stakeholders to accomplish great things
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Experience with A/B testing and using metrics to improve the user experience
• Comfortable engaging with users, conducting research, and smartly integrating insights into your designs. 
• Understanding of the fundamentals of frontend development
