We are looking for an experienced and passionate Storyteller / Writer to help the Growth and DevRel teams drive awareness and adoption of cloud native practices and Ambassador Labs’ suite of products. You will play an important role in our content engine, creating impactful stories via long-form content, blog posts, videos, and more. The goal of the content will be to educate, empower, and encourage developers to understand the cloud native approach; guidance on how to build, test, deploy and release secure code; and motivate developers and DevOps teams to own devops delivery across the cloud-native stack.

What you’ll enjoy doing

  • Create and edit engaging content in a variety of different mediums such as blog posts, web copy, and documentation, particularly around cloud native topics and best practices
  • Collaborate with our partners, customers, external advocates and the internal development, product, and growth teams
  • Increase awareness through your content development around the Ambassador Labs’ platform by educating open-source users and communities

What you have done

  • Learn and teach complex technical topics through storytelling and writing
  • Write and edit engaging, technical content and learning materials for developers and other practitioners
  • Experience reviewing and editing other people’s writing and providing constructive feedback
