This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
* Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
* Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
* Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
* Knowledge of industry wide technology trends and best practices
* Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture
* Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages
* Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement

Position Responsibilities
* Create user interface designs for internal web applications using tools such as InVision, Sketch and the Adobe Creative Suite.
* Design wireframes and prototype elegant/informative user interfaces and data presentations
* Collaborate with the Product Owners and Developers to help identify, monitor, and roadmaps for current with UX / UI design trends and suggest opportunities to improve the user experience.
* Stay abreast of advancements in UX science and applied techniques
* Conduct training for teammates and/or customers
* Work across teams to help establish a UX practice and place within team dynamic

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree.
* 4+ years web application development experience.
* Experience designing to HTML5, CSS and Angular.
* Experience with InVision or equivalent tools.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Flexible, open and approachable demeanor (can-do attitude)
* A design portfolio that demonstrates strong skills in branding, typography, color, illustration, iconography, and animation.
