DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Design, analyze, develop, code, test, debug and document to satisfy business requirements. Develop Front-end UI web applications using Angular, Type Script, Ext JS, Java Script, HTML and CSS. Develop server-side business components using java, JDBC, Servlets, AJAX, JSON, REST API's and integrate with Commercial IT application service layer. Develop back-end database code using SQL and PL/SQL. Create Junit test cases, Selenium test cases and Java Script test cases using Jasmine. Optimize the performance of web applications by tuning SQL queries and re-writing the business logic in java. Analyze the source code based on the organization specific security guidelines and fixing the security issues. Perform source code management and versioning using GIT, Source Tree and Bitbucket. Deploy and maintain applications on Apache Tomcat, JPMC Cloud based app platform (Gaia) and AWS.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum experience required: 5 years of application development and design experience, or related experience.

Skills required:Demonstrated knowledge of software design paradigms and techniques. Experience in the full software development lifecycle to build and enhance software solutions. Experience analyzing business problems and translating business requirements for complex business domains. Experience with object-oriented design. Java development experience. Experience with web-based user interface development (IE, DHTML, Javascript, and XML). Experience in relational database software development (Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2).
