This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities,

- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure
architecture disciplines
- Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
- Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
- Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve
organizational goals
- Passionate about building an innovative culture
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages
- Understanding of software skills such as business analysis,
development, maintenance, and software improvement
- 8+ years of experience in Contact Center Technology with vendor
Genesys Framework along with Omni channel implementation
- Working proficiency in Genesys Reporting Layer includes
Infomart/Icon/GIM, DataMart and experience adding KVP's with good
understanding of table structures
- Working proficiency in Pulse and the ability to create, modify, and
maintain templates
- Knowledge of Genesys DataMart/Infomart Physical Data model,
Aggregation and ETL jobs
- Working proficiency in Genesys Config/Management layers, Routing
layer, Interaction/SIP layer, Media layer, Administrator, Intelligent
workload distributor, CME, and GAX
- Working proficiency in large-scale deployment of Genesys 8.5 -
Framework, Configuration and Management, Routing & Media components with
integration experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
related to Genesys config/management layers, routing layer, Genesys SIP,
media server, and ICON/Info Mart
- Knowledge of Composer/IRD strategy development including ECMA Script,
Web service blocks, DB blocks
- Knowledge of the installation and configuration of the Genesys
Application Suite
