About the Position

The Field Intelligence team is seeking a talented, ambitious, and creative individual to focus on designing and delivering relationship intelligence tools for Wholesale Payments sales and relationship teams. With these tools under one umbrella, Field Intelligence will drive the overarching strategy and execution required to optimize their impact to the business.

As a Data Analytics Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering our transformational agenda to broaden the reach and impact of our proprietary and third-party tools. You will lead cross-functional teams to design and commercialize these tools that deliver insights and aid in critical selling and relationship management activities. Through close partnership with other groups within Field Intelligence, data scientists throughout the firm and Marketing you will help drive the strategy, design and commercialization of our relationship intelligence tools across the Wholesale Payment business.

Responsibilities include:
* Taking a "product owner" approach to embedding analytics insights into our proprietary tools
* Engaging cross-functional partners to prioritize and create new solutions
* Developing and presenting business cases in order to fund technology builds
* Designing a solution in full, including the front end delivery and back end data model
* Leading end-to-end projects from planning through delivery
* Integrating insights into self-service digital platforms
* Commercializing solutions to the Field through training and resource development
* Maintaining and enhancing solutions based on end-user feedback with technology and consulting partners

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in our payment products or demonstrated ability to quickly synthesize business use cases, demonstrated success in designing and delivering solutions to sales teams, will be comfortable presenting to partners and stakeholders at all levels, and have an affinity for analytics and big data potential. They will be obsessed with end-user experience, be able to clearly articulate a vision and execute on the expanding agenda of the program.

Additional qualifications include:
* 5+ years' experience in financial services, payments, or FinTech (or comparable products/industries)
* Creative problem solver and critical thinker, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions
* Ability to frame general business problems into detailed analytical project plans
* Superior presentation/communication skills -ability to convey complex information simply and clearly
* Ability to understand technical details, but also simplify them for use across non-technical users (Salesforce and Tableau experience a plus)
* Knowledge and interest in modern data mining, research, and data science techniques preferred
* Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills as time is of the essence when delivering for our end-users
* Bachelor's degree required; MBA or graduate degree in a business or technical field preferred
