VISUAL DESIGNER

Reporting directly to the Chief of Design, you will utilize your skills to make sure that every page and every step a user will experience in their interaction with our finished product will conform to the overall vision created by UX designers. Ideally you are an illustrator and a graphics artist who is experienced and comfortable with web-based products and platforms. You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Participate in product design brainstorms alongside members of the design, product, and communication teams
• Collaborate with the product design team to design exceptional customer experiences
• Collaborate with product management team on requirements and specifications
• Partner closely with product marketing team to design exceptional brand collaterals and marketing emails
• Partner closely with engineering team to ensure that the end product is conform to your design
• Adjust approach towards designs based on feedback provided
• Help develop a scalable design system to be used across platforms

IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:

• 3-5 years experience in UI and Brand & Marketing design
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
• Experience using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Incredible taste
• Ability to see the big picture from a strategic level and talk big ideas, but also able to dive down to the smallest interaction detail and edge cases
• Ability to create pixel-perfect visual designs
• Ability to solve the most complicated problems through designing product solutions that are intuitive to use
• Ability to balance between business needs, technical constraints and speed
• Desire to design the most functional, user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing experience
• A strong point of view, but also open to other people's ideas
• Great listening skills and likes to collaborate
• Ability to articulate your ideas well
• Strong organizational skills
