Learn more. What you can contribute. We are a small and exquisite team, which is responsible for a variety of areas: events, content, website, social media, and employer branding. We are all wearing multiple hats and are loving it. We work in very close collaboration with the growth marketing team and our sales teams. We are growing our team and are hoping to have a dedicated event manager, content manager, and social media manager in the foreseeable future. There is hence a lot of room to grow and eventually also specialise. We are looking for a smart and driven individual to take the lead on the following:

• owning and improving our webinar strategy: suggesting topics, creation of presentations, invitation process, follow-up process, cross-team communication and coordination, KPI tracking
• content: thinking through creative ways to recycle webinar content for other purposes and creating new content (blog articles, case studies, videos, landing pages…)
• building out our HeyCommunity and being in charge of all virtual and physical events
• Helping with our Social Media channels: continuing our strategy and thinking through new ways of engaging recruiters, building the brand and ultimately creating revenue
• Helping with website improvements for more onsite-conversions

• university degree in business, marketing, social science, humanities or something similar.
• native level of German in writing and speaking
• 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role / role with translatable skills
